Delivery

Delivery rates for mainland UK

All kayak products are sent by Next Day courier service
Each Anglesey Stick incurs a standard charge for postage and packing of £20.00

The Rolling Pin incurs a standard charge of £4

Delivery rates outside mainland UK

We welcome orders from outside mainland UK, e.g. Scottish Highlands & Isles, Northern Ireland, Europe

Delivery Schedule

We try to ensure that orders to mainland UK are delivered within 2 weeks

If we are away paddling (see news section), this is not always possible.

If you have ordered a bespoke paddle, please allow 28 days for delivery

Tax Charges

All orders include 15% VAT

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

Adit Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses, if the address book is used, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:

• Take and fulfill customer orders


• Administer and enhance the site and service


• Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from date of invoice for a refund (excluding delivery charges) provided it is in pristine condition in its original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of delivery and safe return of the goods. Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will be returned to you and the cost of re-delivery charged to your account. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee up to 25% of the value of the product if it is not returned in a perfect condition and full working order.

Please be aware that we will not refund the carriage paid on the original order, or the cost of returning the items to us. Goods must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging together with any additional enclosures, such as manuals. You must ensure that adequate packaging is used to return the goods. We reserve the right to reject any item(s) returned that do not meet the criteria laid out above. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the original invoice value may be levied on item(s) returned after 7 days of the goods being delivered.

Faulty Goods

If you think that the product you have purchased is faulty, we will refer the matter to the manufacturer. If the manufacturer agrees that the product is faulty, in most cases they will be able to authorise a replacement/repair of the product direct to you.
A restocking fee of up to 25% is charged on returns, which prove to be non-defective

Refunds

If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following:

• All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order


• When a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification


• A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 4 working days, please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited


• If the goods are found not to be faulty or they have been damaged by misuse, no refund will be issued

Disclaimer

    

Used sensibly, Anglesey Sticks should provide many years of use.

There are, however, no guarantees against breakage, as even the stoutest paddle can break.

The commonest reason for breaking a paddle is due to poor technique or using the paddle inappropriately
e.g. bracing too hard on the bottom when entering and exiting the water; getting it stuck between
rocks; or smashing the tips into the beach during a surf launch.

Good technique and common sense will go a long way towards extending the life of your Anglesey Stick.
